5. Deposits & Payments

• Deposits are payable upfront
• Progress payments may apply for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion

Late payments may incur:

• Interest charges
• Debt recovery costs
• Suspension of further work or warranty claims

Ownership of supplied materials remains with Secure Roofing until payment is received in full.

6. Roofing Works & Limitations

Roofing work may involve inherent risks and limitations, including concealed damage not visible during initial inspection.

Secure Roofing is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing structural defects
• Hidden asbestos or hazardous materials
• Damage caused by severe weather after works are completed
• Internal leaks caused by unrelated building defects
• Existing electrical or plumbing faults within roof cavities

Weather conditions may delay scheduled works for safety and quality reasons.

7. Warranties

Workmanship warranties may apply to eligible services and will be specified in writing where applicable.

Manufacturer warranties on roofing materials remain subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.

Warranty claims may be void where:

• Third parties alter or repair completed works
• Roof areas are walked on improperly
• Maintenance is neglected
