Upon Quotation we carry out a full Roof Inspection which shows you the condition of your roof and any additional problems which you may not be aware that exist - this is vital to the maintenance of a good home! PRESSURE CLEANING: All broken tiles are replaced prior to Pressure Cleaning. In Pressure Cleaning your roof we use 3000 Psi, removing all dirt, moss and lichen from your tiles. We do NOT use chemicals to remove this as there is no need when using the 3000 Psi and straight water. We then remove all ridge capping and valley courses and so on, disposing of all old mortar, change Valley Irons and Chimney flashings (if required), then proceed to rebed all ridge capping and valley courses etc., followed by repointing of all ridge capping and valley courses in Flexi-Pointing (see Flexi-Pointing). Gutters are then cleaned. If your roof tiles are cement the next step is applying Primer, Sealer or High Build Sealer (depending on the surface of the tiles), then we apply 3 coats of your choice of colour.
